LaCrese Blackmon has over ten years experience as a personal injury paralegal and has worked for Timothy Gardner for over ten years. She is a trained paralegal that has both litigation and insurance industry experience. Prior to her role at Gardner Trial Attorneys, LaCrese was Timothy Gardner’s Administration Director for a nationwide automobile insurance company. Ms. Blackmon assisted Mr. Gardner in many aspects of insurance operations including overseeing personnel and managing and overseeing both property damage and bodily injury claims. Ms. Blackmon is also a certified property damage and bodily injury adjuster. Ms. Blackmon also has years of experience as a paralegal in a large Atlanta law firm where the attorneys defended individuals and corporations accused of negligent acts.
Ms. Blackmon now uses her training and experience from the insurance industry and defending cases to assist wrongfully injured individuals in bringing claims against negligent parties. She is intrinsically involved in managing client’s cases, treatment status, and the litigation process. Ms. Blackmon uses her insurance knowledge and background to make sure that our clients always achieve maximum recovery.
Ms. Blackmon attended Clayton State University and lives in the Atlanta/Vinings area.
