Latrice Vann is a litigation attorney with Gardner Trial Attorneys. Latrice Vann has always known that she would pursue a career that allows her to help others. Prior to becoming an attorney, Latrice was an educator who took on a variety of leadership roles helping both her school and the surrounding community. Now, she continues her tradition of helping others as a passionate litigator who will stop at nothing to assist her clients in getting the justice that they deserve.
Prior to joining the Gardner Trial Attorneys, Latrice learned her way around the legal system through various clerkships and internships including a judicial clerkship, clerkship with a business litigation group at a mid-sized firm and internship with a prominent personal injury firm. Her responsibilities included drafting and filing pleadings, briefs, motions and discovery documents, attending hearings and assisting with guardian ad litem investigations for a probate judge. Through her experience assisting both a judge and other successful, experienced attorneys, Latrice learned how to zealously advocate for her clients through the legal system.
Latrice earned her law degree at Georgia State University. While in law school, she was awarded a merit-based scholarship, a coveted graduate assistantship and a CALI award in her research and writing class. She also holds a Master’s degree in education from the University of Tennessee at Martin and a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Memphis.
